Before you start
- Any HTTP or HTTPS endpoint: REST APIs, webhooks, health checks. And multi-step flows, where you log in, take the token out of the response and call the authenticated endpoint with it. A single check can test the status code, any field inside the JSON body, a response header, the latency, and how many days the TLS certificate has left.
- A basic checker pings one URL and reports that something answered. ContinuumNexus reads the answer. It can require that the JSON field data.status equals active, that the response came back under 500 ms, and that the TLS certificate still has more than 30 days left. It can also chain calls, so step 2 uses the token step 1 returned. A homepage that returns 200 while the API behind it returns an empty list is exactly the outage a ping never sees.
- No. The Hobby plan is free, needs no card and does not expire. If you later move to a paid monthly plan, your first subscription starts with a 14-day trial; annual plans are billed immediately instead. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
- Amsterdam, Virginia, Oregon, Singapore and Sydney. Each region runs the same check independently, so you see the Singapore outage that Amsterdam never noticed, and you can compare latency continent by continent.
- Your monitoring data is hosted in the EU. Sign-in is passwordless, so no password is ever collected or stored: there is no password database to breach. Every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy, and your data is never sold or shared for any other purpose.
