How to set up Microsoft Teams alerts

  1. In Teams, click ⋯ next to the channel name and choose “Workflows”.
  2. Pick the template “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” and confirm.
  3. Copy the URL the workflow shows at the end.
  4. In ContinuumNexus, open your monitor → Alerts tab → add a webhook channel, pick the provider and paste the URL. Then click “Send test alert” to verify.

⚠️ Classic Office 365 incoming webhooks were retired by Microsoft on April 30, 2026. If you still have an old webhook.office.com URL, recreate the channel through Workflows.
